Over 200 guests celebrated ACA’s 38th Anniversary on October 15, 2010. The Outstanding Corporate Excellence Award was presented to DTE Energy and Outstanding Youth Counselor Awards were given to Tracey Fu, Brian Lu, RJ Quiambao, Shirley Shue and Anna Zhang.
