We welcome families of all kinds to participate in this day of fun-filled activities and food. \nThis event draws families for a day of fun including grilled food\, games\, lawn activities\, and health-promoting activities. \nFor Chinese American families\, it is a day to come together for a fun purpose\, get to know others in the community\, and promote healthy community growth. For families from the general population\, it is a wonderful opportunity to connect with the Asian American community and be introduced to Chinese culture in a festive way. \nDelicious food\, cultural performances\, and friends and fun await you for a great afternoon and evening at the park! And of course\, the ever-popular Watermelon Eating Competition returns again this year to the delight of participants and competition watchers. \nThe event is free and open to the community.
