DESCRIPTION:Click here to download the flyer \nB3 Leadership Summit  \n“Crisis\, Challenges\, and Change – Creating a Path to a New Normal” \nMadison Heights\, MI (July 2\, 2020) – The Association of Chinese Americans (ACA) is proud to announce the fifth edition of B3 Leadership Summit: “Crisis\, Challenges\, and Change – Creating a Path to a New Normal“ which will be held virtual via Zoom on July 16th and 23rd.  The program is co-hosted by OCA-Asian Pacific American Advocates (OCA National) and its Detroit Chapter-ACA. The OCA National is a national non-profit organization of community advocates dedicated to advancing the political\, social\, and economic well-being of Asian Pacific Americans in the United States.  \nLaunched in 2009\, B3: Build\, Breakthrough & Believe is a professional and leadership development program for aspiring Asian Pacific American (APA) professionals interested in taking their personal and professional goals to the next level through leadership development and networking.  The goal of this program is to provide relevant information to the APA community\, professional development\, peer networking and mentoring to aspiring APA professionals. This year’s B3 program information is as follows: \n“Crisis\, Challenges\, and Change – Creating a Path to a New Normal” \nWe have been going through a crisis that has never happened before and it brings many challenges and uncertainties in Health Care\, Economy\, Globalization\, etc. We are going to face a new norm after the pandemic. They will come to know how businesses are surviving the COVID-19 Pandemic and finding their way to succeed in the new normal. \nThe program on July 16th includes an inspirational presentation with a thought starter\, and a panel with a moderator and four speakers. The thought starter will make a pre-panel presentation delivering the central core theme and message to the audience\, and a post-panel presentation as a short summary. The panel will give each panelist an opportunity to speak about their respective experiences followed by a question and answer session by members of the audience.  \nThe program on July 23rd will start with a presentation on Career Planning\, followed with private Resume Coaching and Advisory Chat sessions. The program is set to meet the needs of entry-level graduates or mid-career professionals\, whether you are applying to a part-time job\, full-time position or grad school!
