This position supports other paralleled health programs operated in the Service Centers and grants writing. This position also promotes relationships with community partners\, granting agencies and organizations\, and contributes to the design of community health outreach programs.  \nMain Responsible Areas  \n\nPreventive Care Services\nSponsored programs in Community Health\nOutreaching Health Programs\nSenior Care Services\nGrant Application Support\n\nQualifications \n\nBachelor’s degree or above in health-related fields: Public Health\, Health Administration\, Phycology\, Nutrition\, etc.\nKnowledge of medical terminology and working experience in public/community health preferred\nProficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word\, Excel\, Publisher\, PowerPoint\, Outlook)\nCustomer service skills and strong interpersonal skills\nFluent in English\, written and oral. Bilingual (Mandarin or Cantonese) speakers are preferred. \nAbility to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced\, changing environment\nFast learner\, multitasker\, team player and self-starter \nDeep understanding and passion for Asian American and Pacific Islander issues \n\n\nJob Title: Administrative Coordinator \nLocation: Detroit\, MI \nSummary \nAdministrative Coordinator reports to the Executive Director and has the responsibility to coordinate and implement the goals and objectives related to the mission of the Center in Detroit. He/She shall carry out client services\, daily onsite\, or weekly activities held at the center and other administrative duties to ensure a smooth-running center at the Detroit location. This position supports other paralleled cultural programs operated in the Service Centers and promotes relationships with community partners\, granting agencies and organizations\, and contributes to the design of community outreach programs.
