DESCRIPTION:For the 32nd year\, the Association of Chinese Americans (ACA) will be awarding scholarships to several outstanding high school seniors. Co-sponsoring and also offering scholarships is the Detroit Chinese Engineers Association (DCEA). The keynote speaker will be 6th District State Representative Stephanie Chang.
