Launched in 2009, B3: Build, Breakthrough & Believe is a professional and leadership development program for aspiring Asian Pacific American (APA) professionals interested in taking their personal and professional goals to the next level through leadership development and networking. The goal of this program is to provide relevant information to the APA community, professional development, peer networking and mentoring to aspiring APA professionals.
The program is co-hosted by OCA National and its Detroit Chapter-Association of Chinese Americans (ACA). The OCA-Asian Pacific American Advocates is a national non-profit organization of community advocates dedicated to advancing the political, social, and economic well-being of Asian Pacific Americans (APAs) in the United States.
