Ning Wen

Ning Wen has been working at Henry Ford Health System since 2007. He completed his Ph.D. degree at Wayne State University and MBA degree at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. Ning has strong interests in many aspects of professionalism in medical physics including clinical care, research and education. He currently serves as the Director of Clinical Physics at Henry Ford Health System and has published more than 60 peer-reviewed papers. He has been a principal investigator on a Research Scholar Grant from the American Cancer Society and co-investigator on several NIH or industry funded research grants. His current research interest is to apply supervised and semi-supervised machine learning algorithms to analyze omics data derived from medical images and cancer genome for patient risk stratification and treatment response assessment.  He also has strong passion to transform patient care with technology innovation and is leading two prospective clinical trials at his institution.
